Book for meetings, networking events, baby showers, Children Parties, and Anniversary Dinners 2 hours for event Time Frame includes one free hour of set up

Cancellation Policy

Facility Meeting Space Rental Agreement 1. By Paying your $50.00 Deposit you are agreeing to all the terms and conditions below in this agreement. 2.  Additional hours/time is $50 each hour. 3. The balance of the rental fee due, shall be payable to the Owner 7 business days before the event date. 4. Renter shall remove all personal property, trash, and other items that were not present in the venue when Renter took control of it. No taping to sheet rock walls, and no confetti or glitter. Crafting activities please cover up the tables. Trash goes into green bin in back of building. No smoking or drinking on premises. 5. Parking is in front spaces of building and between the building and church next door.  6. Upon Renter’s completion of his/her obligations under (4) , the Owner shall inspect property for any damages. If there are any damages the renter will be invoiced for any damages the deemed necessary to repair damages inflicted upon the venue by Renter and/or Renter’s associates, guests, invitees, contractors, and all other persons whatsoever who enter the venue during the rental period, whether or not such persons did so with Renter’s knowledge or consent. 7. Renter will be liable for any physical damages, legal actions, and/or loss of reputation or business opportunities that Owner may incur as a consequence of the actions of Renter or any of Renter’s guests while Renter is in control of the venue, and shall indemnify and hold harmless the Owner against any and all legal actions which may arise from Renter’s use of the venue. 8. Any disputes arising under this contract shall be adjudicated in the Owner’s local jurisdiction.  Whereas, the Owner agrees to such rental, occupation, and use in consideration of certain payments and covenants herein enumerated; Now, therefore, the parties agree to the following terms and conditions by making and receiving of the deposit.  Before your event you will need to call me, 803.238.5839 to get access to the building. I will meet you there to give you access. No one will be there waiting on you.
